Policy towards children

Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in a travel cot available on request. Children aged 6 and over are counted as full-paid. In accordance with applicable regulations, including provisions regarding standards of protection of minors, are included in Art. 22c section 3 et seq. Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting the threat of sexual crime and protecting minors, which regulates the standards of protection of minors, please show your child's ID upon check-in.

Policy towards animals

Pets are accepted at the price of 70 PLN / day, for one animal. Max 2 pets. We support the "Na Paluchu" shelter in Warsaw! 50% of the amount of this fee is spent on the purchase of food for homeless dogs and cats.            

Cancellation policy

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 5.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 5.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
